Keeping the First Weeks of Postpartum Simple

Sometimes it feels like you need to have everything as soon as the baby arrives, but it's not true. You just need a couple basics!

The most important thing is baby nursing as much as possible, skin to skin and hearing your heartbeat (that's home!) and you staying hydrated, fed and supported.
