Journaling Your Newborn’s Rhythms

Who loves to write and journal? 🖐⁣
Do you journal your newborn's rhythms?⁣

In addition to journaling your baby's daily rhythms, remember that it's important to journal your journey too. ❤️⁣

This is a great self-care opportunity during postpartum. ⁣
Journaling gives you the space to transition to life with baby while still taking care of yourself. ⁣

JOURNALING CAN HELP:⁣
✨ monitor your healing & wellness⁣
✨ plan for self-care
✨ overcome challenges⁣
✨ and most importantly give you the space to let out your emotions, frustrations, stress, and successes. ⁣

STEPS TO JOURNALING⁣
Step 1: Find a journal that YOU find beautiful. ⁣
Step 2: Settle on a space in your home to think clearly and to write consistently.⁣
Step 3: Carve out at least 10-minutes a day to journal. ⁣
Step 4: Sit down, enjoy the quiet and then write what is in your heart. The struggles, the wins, the everyday. ⁣
Step 5: Write and let your mind go. ⁣
