Holistic Healing,
Rooted in Nature
Naturopathic care that supports your well-being—
body, mind, and spirit.
Donette’s work as a naturopath is both clinical and intuitive, blending modern insight with traditional healing practices to help you feel better naturally. She works collaboratively with you to uncover root causes, address imbalances, and build lasting health through lifestyle, herbs, energetic tools, and deep listening. If you're seeking an alternative to quick fixes and symptom-chasing, this is care designed to meet you where you are.
What is Naturopathic Care?
Naturopathic care is a holistic approach to health that focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of imbalance, rather than simply managing symptoms. It’s about treating the whole person—physically, emotionally, and energetically—using safe, natural therapies that align with your body’s innate capacity to heal.
Donette draws from a wide range of healing modalities, including:
Herbal and botanical medicine
Nutritional support and whole-food guidance
Lifestyle and habit coaching
Supplement recommendations
Emotional and energetic balancing techniques
Zyto bioenergetic scanning (see below)
Whether you’re dealing with chronic fatigue, hormonal shifts, inflammation, digestive issues, or simply feeling “off,” Donette’s goal is to help you understand your body’s messages and create a plan that supports true healing—not just quick fixes.
Where Intuition Meets Expertise
Every session with Donette is a collaborative process rooted in trust, compassion, and personalized care. Her clients often say they feel seen, heard, and truly cared for—for the first time in a long time.
She works best with women who are ready to explore a new approach to health—those who are curious, committed, and open to the process. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to show up willing to listen to your body and try something new.
Initial visits focus on understanding your health history, current challenges, lifestyle, and goals. Follow-up sessions build on that foundation with ongoing support, treatment plans, and adjustments based on how your body is responding.
Care is always:
Personalized, never one-size-fits-all
Rooted in education and empowerment
Respectful of your unique needs, values, and lived experience
Is This the Support You’ve Been Looking For?
Naturopathic care with Donette may be right for you if you:
Feel dismissed or confused by conventional medicine
Want to understand your health beyond lab work or diagnoses
Are seeking natural alternatives to pharmaceuticals
Struggle with chronic symptoms or cycles you can’t quite explain
Crave support that honors your intuition and lived experience
This work is especially impactful for those who are ready to take ownership of their wellness with the support of a skilled, heart-led practitioner. Donette offers a safe, shame-free space where you don’t have to prove yourself or explain away your symptoms—you’ll be taken seriously, listened to, and supported with care that fits your life.
ZYTO Scanning: A Deeper Layer of Insight
Listen to Your Body in a New Way
Personalized Wellness Insight with ZYTO Scanning
What if your body could speak for itself—and tell you exactly what it needs?
ZYTO technology makes that possible.
A ZYTO scan is a non-invasive way to gain deeper insight into your body’s unique biological preferences—so you can make more informed, personalized wellness choices. This innovative tool measures your galvanic skin response (GSR) to digital stimuli (called Virtual Items) and translates the data into an easy-to-read report. These “conversations” with your body help identify which supplements, essential oils, or wellness protocols you respond to most coherently—removing the guesswork and empowering you with clarity.
Whether you’re curious about your body’s nutritional needs, navigating ongoing health challenges, or simply seeking more aligned support, ZYTO scanning offers a powerful layer of insight.

FAQ
-
Naturopathic medicine is a holistic system of healthcare that focuses on treating the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—while addressing the root causes of illness rather than just managing symptoms. It blends modern science with natural therapies to support the body’s inherent ability to heal itself.
-
Naturopathic medicine focuses on treating the root causes of illness using natural therapies like nutrition, herbs, and lifestyle changes, while supporting the body’s innate ability to heal. It takes a whole-person, preventative approach. In contrast, conventional medicine often emphasizes diagnosing and managing symptoms—typically through pharmaceuticals or surgery—with a strong focus on acute and emergency care. While both systems have value, naturopathic medicine is more holistic and patient-centered, especially for chronic and lifestyle-related conditions.
-
Everything, really. I treat a wide range of conditions—especially those that are chronic, complex, or rooted in lifestyle, emotional, or environmental factors.
-
During your first visit with a naturopathic doctor, you can expect to feel truly seen and heard. The initial appointment usually lasts for 1-2 hours, giving space for an in-depth conversation about your health—not just your symptoms, your lifestyle, nutrition, stress levels, sleep, emotional well-being, and personal history.
-
After the initial visit, follow-up appointments are tailored to your needs. Some may be quick 30-minute check-ins to track progress, adjust your treatment plan, or support you through a specific challenge. Others may be more in-depth 60-minute sessions when we need to explore deeper layers of healing or address new concerns. Every step is designed to meet you where you’re at, supporting steady progress in a sustainable, compassionate way.
-

I understand that life happens, and I’ll always do my best to approach these situations with compassion.

Before your first visit, you’ll receive intake forms to complete—this helps me understand your health history, current concerns, and wellness goals. If you have any recent lab results, supplement lists, or relevant medical records, feel free to bring those as well. Most importantly, come as you are. This is a space for you to feel seen, heard, and supported.
I kindly ask that you do not eat or drink anything 2 hours prior to our appointment in case urine and saliva testing is necessary.
