Yoga Therapy + Postpartum

In many of my modalities including postpartum practices, I like to incorporate yoga therapy. ⁣

This empowered approach for taking care of one's health explores where energy is stored in the body. By using yoga postures, breathwork, and myofascial release techniques, the body awakens its natural ability to uncover the root cause of dis-ease. ⁣

Yoga therapy encourages the integration of body, mind, and spirit, which is beneficial to everyone. ⁣

A yoga therapist is trained to apply yoga and energetic healing modalities as it relates to a specific weakness in the body. Once the cause of the weakness is determined, the yoga therapist creates an individualized plan designed for physical, emotional, and spiritual harmony. ⁣
